    Women's Integrative Health Program

Women face unique health challenges throughout their lifecycle. In addition to issues related to reproductive health such as fertility, childbearing, peri-menopause and menopause, it is increasingly recognized that women have other health care needs that require different interventional health strategies from men. Depression, heart disease, diabetes, arthritis and digestive issues are a few of the conditions that may occur in women that could benefit from a different therapeutic approach.

Our women's integrative and holistic health care program is patient centered, offering an optimal blend of conventional and complementary medicine tailored to achieve personal needs and goals. We work with our patients to help them define their health and lifestyle objectives and, working together with referring physicians, create a strategy to achieve them. Personalized health and lifestyle programs may include any or all of the following treatment modalities:

    • Health assessment
    • Lifestyle coaching
    • Botanical and supplement consultation
    • Mind-body therapies
    • Reiki

We are a consultative out-patient service, working in collaboration with you and your medical team. You may call and schedule an appointment or make arrangements through your referring physician, whatever is most convenient.

To make your initial consultation as productive as possible we ask that you complete our Personal Health Inventory prior to your first appointment. Click here for a printable version that you can fill out and bring with you.

Our hours are weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
